About the role: As a Beauty Advisor, your role will be to provide impartial, tailored advice, and guide our customers to select the right products for them across a wide range of prestige brands in our store. We're looking for a Beauty Advisor who really understands beauty retail – someone who has perfected their beauty skills and wants to inspire others. Days of work: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Sunday – 26.5 hours per week Reporting to the Pharmacy Manager your responsibilities will include: Using your product knowledge and experience to provide customers with the right beauty and skincare products for them Using your product knowledge to upsell and increase basket sizeSupporting team members when requiredAchieving KPI's and sales targetsGreeting all customers and offering assistance with product selection across the storeAssist in maintaining store displays and arranging merchandiseEnsuring the store is clean, tidy, and presentable at all timesWhat are we looking for from you?
