Job Description We are a leading provider of high-quality Lighting, AV & Control solutions specializing in energy-efficient and innovative products tailored for electricians, contractors, and the home automation market.

Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven technical BDM to join our team.
This role will focus on expanding our B2B & B2C market by targeting electricians, contractors, and home automation companies.

Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic B2B & B2C sales plans for the lighting and automation markets, targeting industry professionals including electricians, contractors, lighting designers, home automation experts and end users.Identify and engage with potential clients, nurturing relationships and providing customized solutions to meet their needs.Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing, ensuring seamless client onboarding.Conduct market research to keep ahead of industry trends, adapting sales strategies to maintain competitive advantage.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier customer satisfaction and streamlined service delivery.Exceed sales targets to drive company growth in both new and established markets.Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.3+ years of B2B / B2C sales experience, ideally within lighting fixtures, home automation.Proven record of meeting and surpassing sales targets, with strong relationship-building skills.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-driven and organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.Valid NZ Driving License.Valid NZ Work Permit.What We Offer : Uncapped Incentive: High earning potential with possible industry-leading incentive rates.Performance Bonuses: Top performance rewarded for surpassing sales targets.Growth Opportunities: Career advancement within a rapidly growing company.Training & Support: Ongoing training to keep you competitive in the industry.
