Currently on the North Shore, soon to relocate to West Auckland in early 2025, we're a successful Packaging Manufacturer with enormous growth looking for skilled members to join our dynamic Auckland Sales team. We're seeking exceptional people with a can-do attitude, excellent time management and willingness to help and learn, whilst possessing great communication skills and a good sense of humour.

About You: You will have the drive and passion for new business with a solution led sales approach and demonstrated business acumen, resilience, adaptability, and flexibilityYou are customer focused with great account management skills, able to grow trust-based relationships with all stakeholdersYou will have experience in following a structured and technical sales processPractice excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, work well in a team environment, great time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage your own call cycleYou must have a proven track record of sales success and preferably be active in the flexible fibre carton packaging industryYou will hold a full, clean, current NZ drivers' licence. About The Role: In this role you will be selling into a range of large corporate and SME clients with flexible carton packaging requirementsYou will be developing and growing a customer base within a defined territoryNew business focused but will be given a few accounts to hit the ground running with and you will also retain the accounts you win for future development. What you will do: Have a strategic approach to developing business and winning new accountsBe savvy with selling technical packaging solutions to the FMCG, Pharmaceutical/Nutraceutical, Personal Care/Cosmetic, Beverage industriesNavigate accounts and partner with key decision makers to manage all requirements from KPIs, NPD projects, inventory management, reporting – SOH, QBR etc.Complete internal reporting as required, CRM, Sales Forecast, WIP Ensure sustainable growth and maintain customer satisfaction whilst keeping in line with company compliance.  What's in it for you: Competitive pay and performance-based incentivesCareer advancement opportunitiesOpportunity to collaborate with your colleagues, onsite 5 days per week.  If you are interested, please email your CV and Covering Letter to:
