Bayfair - Holiday Retail Assistants Are you passionate about beauty and get joy from making people feel and look good? We are looking for Holiday Retail Assistants (Summer Hosts) to support our Bayfair store on a Fixed Term basis until Mid-January 2025, in the lead up to one of the busiest times of the year.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
Deliver an exceptional customer experience and create authentic connections with customers
Play a key role in supporting the wider team with on-floor presence throughout holiday and ability to pivot (or pirouette as we like to say!) as required
Work effectively as part of the team to support running of the store in a safe, fun and efficient way
What success looks like in this role:
Confidently and consistently delivers exceptional experiences for our customers
Demonstrates strong product knowledge for MECCA's hero brands and products
Shows an active commitment to continuous learning and improvement
Works effectively and safely as part of the team to ensure the successful running of the store

Need to Know:
The role of Holiday Retail Assistant (Summer Host) is a fixed term, part-time position due to start from late October 2024 through to mid-January 2025.
If you have never worked for MECCA before, the first 90-days of employment will be subject to a trial period.
