Right now, we're on the hunt to fill 1 Sous Chef vacancyin our Bay of Plenty network, one who knows how to craft a top-notch dish. You have a minimum of two years' experience in a similar kitchen role, and as a result, you're no stranger to working a in a busy kitchen with flexible hours across the week, and where creating delicious, high quality kiwi grub is just what you do. Your day to day kitchen tasks will include maintaining cleanliness and ensuring food safety compliance, training BOH team to handle feedback professionally, collaborating with venue Business Leader on training needs and innovation and ensuring BOH team finds new ways to innovate and confidently complete services. With a competitive hourly pay range of $29.66 to $34 an hour for a minimum of 30 hours of work each week, this is an amazing opportunity to grow your skills and build experience with our amazing brand. To excel in this role, you should have at least two years of experience in a Sous Chef or relevant position, delegating tasks, coaching and training kitchen staff to meet common goals, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety in a busy restaurant setting.
