Much of the trust customers have in our business, and the reputation we have in the community, comes from our strong team.In this role, having some bathroom and plumbing experience is an advantage; however, it is not essential.
What we are looking for is a keen leader who is organized, eager to lead in a busy retail environment, and values great customer service.As Bathroom & Plumbing Team Leader, among other things, you will:Take responsibility for on-the-floor stock, displays & standards within your department;Lead the team and develop their capability to deliver great customer service - every customer, every time;Manage a varied and busy workload, from department operations to managing and leading the team.This is a full-time role and will include one weekend day.
