What we are looking for is a keen leader who is organized, eager to lead in a busy retail environment, and values great customer service.As Bathroom & Plumbing Team Leader, among other things, you will:Take responsibility for on-the-floor stock, displays, and standards within your department.Lead the team and develop their capability to deliver great customer service—every customer, every time.Manage a varied and busy workload, from department operations to managing and leading the team.This is a full-time role and will include one weekend day.
