Basalt is looking for our next superstar to manage the Bar; a natural born leader who has a knowledge of all things beverage and passion for driving the people around you.
You will oversee key business functions such as training of team members, stock and wage cost management, budgeting, and assisting with beverage menu development (among other tasks).
You will fit into the team like a glove and be a key leader, knowing how to go above and beyond for our customers as well as our people.
