The firm has approximately 11 full-time staff and this is envisaged to be a 2IC role, or the most senior role under the director.Key Responsibilities:Manage a diverse client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact and trusted advisor.Prepare GST returns, cashflows, financial statements, and tax returns for your clients as needed.Work closely with the team to ensure all client work is completed on time.Support the Director with tasks such as budgets, financial analysis, and dividend calculations and shape client success stories by delivering insights beyond numbers.Train and assist clients and team members with Xero.Opportunity to work on special projects or process improvement initiatives.This role requires the talents of a confident business services senior accountant or client manager who can see the big picture beyond the numbers.
