About the Role:
Manage and lead a team of 6 while driving team performance. You will be reporting directly to one of the Partners. This role offers a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position within a growing organisation. The successful candidate will oversee BAS services for a mix of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while fostering a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and mentor a team of 6.
Provide expert advice on tax compliance and accounting standards.
Develop and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
About You:
5-10 years' experience in a CA environment previously.
CA/CPA qualification is required.
Strong technical capabilities.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
A track record of delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
