Bas Manager

Moore Markhams Auckland is an independently owned firm in the Moore Global chartered accountancy and business advisory network.

We are currently looking for an excellent BAS Manager to provide prompt, personalised and outstanding service in one of our successful teams.
Moore Markhams is a team orientated and energetic working environment, and we are seeking a focused BAS Manager to work closely with the Partner, by building great client relationships, providing leadership skills in the team, reviewing accounts and attending to our clients' business advisory services. We pride ourselves on our strong long-standing client base across various industries and entities.
The role: Managing the team and workflow management including deadlines and budgetsReview of financial statements including tax returnsMeeting compliance requirements for clientsProviding a broad range of business advisory services to a range of client's including tax planning and structuring, management reporting, business valuations and due diligence, cash flow management and budgetingBuilding client relationships and aiming to exceed your clients' expectationsAssist the partner with team management including coaching and development of team membersManaging the client workflow and team outcomes including deadlines and budgetsAssisting with the firm culture and innovative developmentsAbout you: CA qualified with 5+ years' CA accounting experience2+ years experience in managing a teamStrong relationship and management skillsA genuine interest in business and sound financial reporting skillsHighly organised and keen to be part of a great teamThe Incentives: Excellent trainingand career development opportunitiesSocial events/gatheringsFlexible working arrangementsLocationIf you are interested in this position, please apply by sending your resume and a covering letter.
