Job Summary: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive accounting services and strategic financial advice to their valued clients.
This position presents an exciting opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to further develop their career in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients and guiding a team of professionals to deliver outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
Lead and manage a team of accountants, providing mentorship, training, and guidance to foster their professional growth.
Conduct complex financial analysis and provide strategic recommendations to clients to optimize their financial performance.
Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to achieve their short-term and long-term goals.
Coordinate and lead audit engagements, ensuring adherence to relevant standards and best practices.
Collaborate with clients to address their accounting challenges and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tax laws, and accounting regulations, providing expertise to clients and colleagues.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is desired  Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build lasting client relationships.
