BAS Accountants - Intermediate/Senior - CHCH This leading and reputable accounting firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intermediate or Senior Accountant with a specialized focus on aged care financial management to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Aged Care Financial Management: Utilize your in-depth knowledge and expertise in aged care accounting to provide specialized financial services to clients in the aged care industry.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring transparency and clarity for our clients.
Tax Compliance: Oversee tax planning and compliance activities, staying abreast of changes in tax laws related to the aged care sector.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the aged care industry, offering strategic financial advice and solutions to address their unique challenges.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members, sharing your expertise and contributing to the professional development of the team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting CA or CPA certification preferred.
Proven experience as an Intermediate or Senior Accountant, with a focus on aged care clients.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards, particularly in the aged care sector.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
