Really positive and enjoyable culture where people are listened to.The RoleAs there is already a Senior Manager who will manage the team, you will have the opportunity to manage a portfolio of clients. This includes reviewing work prepared by some of the team as well as preparation of the more complex accounting yourself. As you will be client-facing, you will also carry out the advisory work that is available.Some of the advisory work includes strategy and operations consulting, tax planning and structure, cash flow management, budgeting, business valuations, business planning, due diligence, and management reporting.You will be managing client relationships, with a client base that consists of a wide variety of SMEs.Flexible working hours and an excellent work-life balance are offered, along with plenty of social events.Training and career development opportunities are available, including innovative leadership training.Remuneration is $120K to $145K pa plus car park, plus KS, plus potential for a bonus.SkillsYou will need to have a minimum of 5 years' BAS experience, including experience in reviewing BAS Accountants in a reputable NZ Chartered Accounting firm. This experience is essential.
