Sage Restaurant – Hamilton East, North Island Sage is on the hunt for a Bartender to join our team! We are a newly established restaurant in Hamilton's new dining area, Hamilton East. We aim to give Hamilton the best quality food, drinks, and service in an approachable package for all. About the role: We are looking for someone with previous bar experience and a focus on customer service to join our team. We would like someone with a great attitude, a love of hospitality, and a desire to work somewhere where the culture is fun and respectful with great staff benefits. Someone with a willingness to use and learn modern cocktail-making techniques and methods. Remuneration discussed with individuals based on experience. Dinner service only. Tuesday – Saturday. Sundays and Mondays off. To be successful you will need: Proven experience working behind the bar Efficiently prepare and serve drinks An understanding of the Sale and Supply of Liquor Act Excellent knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails, spirits, and coffee A passion for hospitality and people A positive attitude and attention to detail A desire to be part of a team to help it succeed and to have a laugh!
