The style of food is high end casual, with a menu that features sections dedicated to burgers, tacos, and sharing plates.

Our drinks menu is extensive and we endeavour to have one of the most progressive cocktail programs in the country.
We are looking for Bartenders / Front of house staff to join our team: PAY RATE $24-$27 per hour MINIMUM HOURS OF WORK 30 hours per week ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES   Complying with The Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, all amendments, any local alcohol policies.Making The Parasol and Swing Company beverage offerings with speed to The Parasol and Swing Company standards as mandated by the Managing Director.Maintaining a clean work environment, including following the cleaning schedules.Clean glasses, utensils and bar equipment.Attend trainings for food and beverage.Checking and signing off on stock deliveries, communicating any variances with deliveries to the Duty Manager.Any other duties that the Management team may require of you.Ensuring opening and closing procedures are adhered to.
EXPERIENCE  Minimum 2 years experience in a similar style of venue.
