As Bartender, you will have the perfect opportunity to touch the hearts of our guests by making their special occasions truly unforgettable.What you will be doing:Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to:Prepare beverage orders including a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesMaintain up-to-date knowledge of all products available to the guest and keep Servers informed of the availability of bar productsOrder stock, maintain inventory control, and ensure all beverages sold are accounted forEnsure compliance with provincial liquor regulationsSell, present and serve beverages in accordance with hotel standardsCarry out any other tasks as assigned, including running food for serversOther duties as assignedQualifications Your experience and skills include:Minimum three years of experience working in food and beverage, preferably in a restaurant/bar environmentPrevious bartending experience RequiredHotel management diploma is an assetDemonstrates knowledge and interest in wines, liquor and beerAbility to consistently stand and walk through out shiftAptitude for repetitive physical work including but not limited to: lifting heavy objects, some exceeding 100 lbs, moving heavy carts and pallets.Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
