We are seeking an experienced Barista and Front of House team member to join our café. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong customer service skills and a passion for coffee and hospitality. Key Responsibilities : Customer Service: Greet and engage customers warmly. Take and process orders accurately and efficiently. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism. Barista Duties: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management. Front of House Management: Ensure a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista and in a front-of-house role. Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Additional Skills : Experience with point-of-sale systems. Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
