Barista/Front Of House

We are seeking an experienced Barista and Front of House team member to join our café.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong customer service skills and a passion for coffee and hospitality.Key Responsibilities:Customer Service:Greet and engage customers warmly.Take and process orders accurately and efficiently.Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism.Barista Duties:Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages to a high standard.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment.Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.Front of House Management:Ensure a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere for guests.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.Team Collaboration:Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.Support the team during busy periods and contribute to a positive work environment.Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barista and in a front-of-house role.Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and beverage recipes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Additional Skills:Experience with point-of-sale systems.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.Benefits:Competitive salary.Opportunities for professional development and growth.Employee discounts on food and beverages.If you are passionate about coffee and delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you!Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $26.00 – $28.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 25 per weekSchedule:Day shiftMorning shiftWeekend availability
