Are you a friendly and experienced Barista looking for a new challenge? Linda Jones Retirement Village Hamilton has an opportunity for you! Additional $2.50 per hour for all weekend hours workedFun, friendly and supportive team environmentTraining and development opportunitiesAbout the Role We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive team as a Barista.
We have a casual role available working varied hours and days and flexibility is key due to nights and weekends being included.
In this role you will: Provide an excellent food and beverage service in the café for residents, relatives and visitorsPromote a welcoming and caring atmosphere at the villageBe responsible for crafting delicious beverages, maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the caféWork closely with, and support your colleagues About You To thrive in our supportive and caring environment you will have: Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer services role (preferred but not essential)Strong empathy with a friendly and approachable demeanourOutstanding communication skills with strong multitasking abilitiesA reliable, friendly and professional manner with the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentAbout Ryman
