Barber Shop Manager/ Senior Barber

Hair & Beauty Services (Trades & Services)
Daily duties include, but are not limited to;
Lead and manage a team of barbers, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and oversee barber appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and maximizing productivity.
Train and mentor barbers to improve their skills and stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment, following health and safety guidelines.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues promptly.
Manage inventory and supplies, ordering products as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Stay informed about industry trends and developments, implementing new ideas to enhance the barber experience at Barber Shack.
Collaborate with management to develop marketing strategies and promotions to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
Requirements
Must have NZQF Level 4 qualification or at least three years of relevant experience
Be keen and reliable
Willingness to work towards KPI's & Targets
Clean and tidy attire is a must
Barber tools must be up to standard
Be flexible with work hours; we are open 7 days a week from 8am & have 2x late nights until 9pm.
