Our managers are more than just a welcoming face; they are responsible for the everyday running of the barber shop. It is a very fast-paced role/environment and is best suited to someone who is a gun at multitasking, extremely organised, and shines under pressure. We thrive on our fast-paced environment but make sure we are always having fun with the pace!

We offer our customers the best of the best by having a strong team of talented barbers, receptionists, and managers. We also stand out from the rest with our state-of-the-art in-mirror TVs, complimentary beverages, hot towel finishes, wash & scalp massages, and cut throat razor neck shaves. We have the largest range of men's hair care, styling, beard, shave, and grooming products from around the globe. We are the ultimate destination for grooming and to top it all off, the tunes are always pumping!

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of staff to achieve sales goals and maintain high service standards.
Manage inventory, merchandising, and visual displays to create an inviting store atmosphere.
Implement and monitor sales strategies to enhance profitability and drive growth.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal development.

What we're looking for in you:
Be willing to learn everything about barbering without actually being a barber.
Confidence in running a large team of barbers.
Great with delegating & organisation with your front of house team.
To be available for all hours of trade including weekends and late night trading.
Long-term commitment to the role.
Confidence to educate and recommend retail products to walk-in customers.
A hunger to smash daily targets & KPI's.
