We boast a recently refurbished cocktail bar, an array of beers on tap, and an extensive bistro-style menu for all occasions.The Green Man Pub is looking for our next superstar to manage the Bar; a natural born leader who has a knowledge of all things beverage and passion for driving the people around you. You will oversee key business functions such as:Training of other team membersStock and wage cost managementBudgetingAssisting with beverage menu developmentThis role requires afternoon and evening shifts and some late finishes. We will also be closed over Christmas and The New Year period so you can still have some summer fun!
