Bar Manager

We are looking for a Bar Manager for our bar and eatery who will be responsible for the following duties: Manage and oversee daily bar & gaming operations, ensuring seamless execution and efficient management of the team. Train bar staff to understand customer preferences and provide personalized drink recommendations. Collaborate on designing and updating drink menus, developing new cocktail recipes, and informing customers about new beverages and special promotions. Handle escalated customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the bar is consistently well-stocked. Ensure all staff comply with health, alcohol, and other relevant regulations. Act as the main point of contact for vendors, technicians, DJs, security personnel, and other representatives. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote the bar. Organize and manage daily events within the premises. Ensure all operations adhere to relevant laws and regulations. Assist with drink preparation, serving, and sales as needed. Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week and you will be paid between $30 to $33 per hour. Requirements for the role: A minimum of 6 months of relevant experience or relevant qualification (minimum Level 4) Available to work on weekends. Physically Fit to stand for longer hours Comfortable to work for shifts till 1 am. Team worker and Interpersonal skills Good coordination skills Attention to detail Comfortable to cover shifts of staff members (in case they are sick).
