Bar Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience in bar management, hold a current LCQ (License Controller Qualification), and possess a Duty Manager Certificate. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring compliance with licensing laws, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The ideal candidate must meet the following requirements: 

Minimum of one year of experience in bar management or a similar role.
Valid LCQ (License Controller Qualification).
Current Duty Manager Certificate.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of local licensing laws and regulations.

Job Location: Auckland
Number of positions for this job: 1
Employment type: Permanent full time
Hours per week: staff work at least 30 hours per week from Monday to Sunday, maximum 45 hours per week
Hourly rate: Between 30-32 per hour
