Bar Manager/Duty Manager

Responsibilities: Be a highly organised individual with an eye for detail.
Thrive in a bustling environment and strive to lift our team members up during a busy bar service.
Provide training for our amazing team, leading by example and developing skills.
Be customer-focused and ensure all guests feel welcome in our establishment.
Improve and increase efficiency, productivity and accuracy through all aspects of the business.
Experience shaking cocktails and a good knowledge of product, as well as a knack for creating bespoke drinks for our venue.
Confident to help out on the floor when our service is busy; flexibility is key.
Maintain stock levels across alcohol and all aspects of front of house items; work with General Manager to coordinate stocktake.
Oversee the overall daily operations.
Manage staff and monitor their performance.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
