The position requires daily multitasking and comes with a large degree of responsibility. What you will bring to the role includes:Deliver the Amisfield guest experience, providing all of our customers with a knowledgeable, informative and memorable experienceA broad knowledge of the beverage industryEnsure table talk on all cocktails is conveyed correctly with a proven commitment to high standards of beverage serviceEnsure effective communication with the kitchen and floor teamHappy to work shifts on the barPositive leadership qualities as you will be a support for the Restaurant ManagerA strong work ethic, reliable and trustworthy along with the ability to work autonomously and within a teamExcellent time management and the ability to stay calm within a busy, demanding serviceKnowledge of liquor license conditions and legislation compliance, ideally holding a current Duty Manager licenceAct as an ambassador for Amisfield, maintaining the quality and brand positioning at all timesWe believe our people are our greatest assets.
