The role of Banqer Primary Teacher Success Manager is designed to support and expand our customer base, which includes educators within the primary education sector across New Zealand and Australia.Key ResponsibilitiesTeacher Onboarding: Welcome new users to Banqer Primary, understanding their unique and specific pain points.
Work with them through seamless onboarding and personalised support, ensuring their success from day one to drive high engagement.Teacher Success and Support: Deliver exceptional customer success by managing onboarding processes with precision, nurturing strong relationships, and swiftly resolving issues, all to drive user satisfaction and retention.Product Expertise: Become the ultimate champion of Banqer's Primary school product, continuously deepening your understanding to better serve and anticipate the needs of our customers.Collaborative Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate closely with our marketing team to amplify Banqer Primary's reach and impact, engaging with potential users across various channels to spark interest and accelerate adoption.Reporting: Provide timely and accurate reporting of pipeline opportunities, and other insights from the frontline, to help inform and support strategic decision making and business planning.Industry Knowledge: Stay ahead of changes in the education sector, keeping informed on trends and regulations, ensuring Banqer remains at the forefront of innovation and relevance to effectively engage with our audiences.We're looking for a results driven individual, with the ability to understand the challenges of the education sector, build strong relationships with teachers, and find solutions to their problems using our technology.Minimum RequirementsRelevant Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a software development or start-up environment, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting with changing demands.Relationship Builder: Values and nurtures relationships with customers and stakeholders to enhance business outcomes.Results-Oriented: Driven by achieving targets, focusing on current information to influence strategic decisions and meet goals effectively.Self-Starter: Demonstrates initiative and can work independently, reliably getting the job done.Prioritisation Skills: Capable of discerning critical tasks and focusing efforts where they will have the most impact on company objectives.Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and effectively.Transparent Communicator: Provides clear insights into performance to senior management, ensuring alignment with company goals.Solutions-Driven: Approaches challenges with creativity and a proactive mindset, focusing on identifying and implementing solutions to move past obstacles.CRM Proficiency: Experienced in utilising CRM tools (ideally ActiveCampaign) to support sales strategies and objectives.Flexible Working Hours: On an ad hoc basis, can adjust hours to work until 7pm, ensuring accessibility to the Australian educator market.Collaborative In-Office Culture: Embraces an 'office first' culture, working shoulder to shoulder with colleagues to foster a collaborative and engaging work environment to help grow and add value.Passion for Financial Education: Committed to Banqer's mission of promoting financial literacy and have a passion for financial education.At Banqer, we're committed to delivering as a high performing team.
