About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate for our clients busy Banking and Finance team in Auckland.
Briefed directly by one of the hiring partners, this position offers the chance to work within a highly respected, collegiate team, advising clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters ( advising banks, private equity sponsors, corporates and non-bank lenders) and restructuring & insolvency matters (assisting corporate debtors and creditors, as well as directors, insolvency practitioners and other stakeholders in businesses facing financial difficulties).
Requirements:
5+ years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law
Strong technical expertise and excellent client service skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
Critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
Interest and experience in the CCCFA (advantageous)
