Bank Manager - Feilding and Palmerston North Plaza Bank Manager, Palmerston North Plaza & Feilding Branches Managing both of our Plaza and Feilding teams Full time, Permanent Monday to Friday Mo te Turanga – About the role Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Bank Manager is accountable for the development, leadership, and performance of our Plaza and Feilding branches.
Responsible for forging and nurturing key relationships both internally and externally to ensure our ongoing business and customer success.
This role is focussed on enriching the Westpac brand and will contribute to our commitment and transforming on how we connect with our customers and the spaces, technology and capability required to deliver a great experience for customers, staff, business partners, stakeholders, and the local community.
Supported by an Assistant Bank Manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and leading a diverse team of Banking Specialists and Customer Service Representatives, to meet every customer's needs across personal banking, business banking and wealth management.
Plaza is a 7 day site, some flexibility may be required on the odd occasion to maintain adequate staffing levels.
