This post will be 32 hours a week and requests to work flexibly and/or part time will be considered, taking into account business needs.

Job responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for the role include but are not limited to:

You will be maintaining the standard and cleanliness of the surgery and accommodation for which you are responsible, reporting any deficiencies and following all local policies and protocols. Providing clinical and administrative support for the provision of dental care in DPHC dental centres, enhancing force generation and operational capability and minimising dental morbidity on operations. There are no expected Line Management responsibilities with this role; any future changes will be discussed with the successful applicant at the time. Person Specification Qualifications National Examining Board for Dental Nurse (NEBDN) Certificate or National Vocational Qualification in Oral Healthcare Dental Nursing Level 3. Registrations and Memberships Registration with the General Dental Council (please include details on any current, spent, or impending restrictions to practice). Experience A Full United Kingdom driving licence to enable working from another local military dental centre, if required. Evidence of indemnity cover for general dental practice. Evidence of currency with GDC Continued Professional Development requirements. Confidence in using Information Technology. Prepared to cover out of hours dental duties when required.
