Bakery Supervisor - Full Time, Te Awamutu Joining Woolworths Te Awamutu is more than just taking on a new job. You'll be joining a tight-knit and friendly team and as our new Bakery Supervisor you'll be helping to lead the best smelling department in store!

The hours and days for this Bakery Supervisor position are:
Tuesday to Saturday 0300-1230
In this role assisting the department manager with their responsibilities, you could expect to be:
Ensuring a great level of service for our bakery customers
Overseeing the production and quality of our products
Having sole charge of the Bakery in the absence of the department manager
Championing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety practices to ensure a safe working environment for customers, staff and contractors

A willingness for early starts and to work on your feet for most of your shift
A strong customer focus and excellent communication skills
A passion for creativity and keen eye for detail
The ability to work under pressure and to tight time frames
