We're looking for a Bakery Manager who can lead and develop a team of skilled Bakers and Bakery Assistants.

About the role This full-time role is perfect for qualified or skilled professionals looking to apply their expertise, as well as motivated, passionate people leaders eager to develop their skills.
As our Bakery Manager, you'll shape our Bakery's direction, establishing a vision and aiming to achieve great things.
Providing coaching, direction and ensuring standards remain high, you'll bring a leadership style that motivates and brings out the best in those around you in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities Lead and inspire a large team through effective coaching, training and performance management.Manage all aspects of Bakery operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation and operational efficiency.Drive continuous improvement in quality, efficiency and team performance through proactive monitoring and feedback.Oversee financial performance through efficient scheduling, inventory control, and strategic initiatives.Lead by example, uphold store values and build on the positive team culture.Hours Full-time hours, specific hours to be discussed at the interview stage.
New World Centre City operates from 07:30am – 10:00pm, 7 days a week, shift patterns to include a weekend day.
