BAKERY MANAGER Are you an existing Bakery Manager or an experienced Baker who is ready to take on their next challenge? We're looking for a Bakery Manager who can lead and develop a skilled team of people here at New World Centre City, a busy supermarket in the heart of Dunedin. As the Bakery Manager you will: Possess excellent leadership and people management skills Influence, develop and motivate team members to pursue excellence Be passionate about quality baking and delivering great customer experience Maintain excellent Health & Safety and Food Safety Standards Ensuring all resources in the department are utilised efficiently and effectively Be accountable for the financial performance of the department Lead by example, uphold store values and build on the positive store culture What we offer: Full-time position, days and hours to be discussed.
