Bakers Wanted

We are hiring for bakers who are eager to work in a growing, busy, fast-paced bakery.
We are looking for bakers who possess the following skills and attributes:
Reliable with a positive working attitude.
Passionate about baking and take pride in their work.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit, as some heavy lifting is required.
Experience in kneading, maturing, cutting, molding, mixing, and shaping dough and pastry goods.
Some knowledge of European style baking is a bonus but not essential.
Experience cooking pie fillings.
Experience filling and baking pies.
Experience using a pastry sheeter and mixer.
Must be available early mornings.
