Baker - Materity Leave Cover

Muffin Break Hornby is a busy franchise cafe located in Hornby Hub. We provide a great range of beverages, muffins, and cabinet foods which are prepared fresh on site every day.

We are looking for someone who can cover maternity leave to do morning baking, close shifts, and work Saturdays and Sundays on a permanent basis. Along with your energy and cheerful manner, you should be a bubbly, hard-working, and passionate baking lover who can get satisfaction from serving our public and regular customers in a fast-paced environment.

As a successful candidate, you are required to:

Start at 5am for daily muffin and other food baking

Provide good customer service

Ensure speedy and stable running of tables

Stay calm and focused under a fast-paced and pressure-filled environment

Maintain the cafe clean and tidy regularly

Clean and close up the cafe and back house during a close shift

Have your own transport and be able to start at 5am for muffin baking

Baking and customer experience is preferred.
