Job Description:

Preparing, mixing, and shaping the dough

Preparing the fillings

Filling the dough and frying

Checking the quality and weighing ingredients

Ensuring cleanliness of equipment before operation starts to comply with occupational health and safety regulations

Organizing and cleaning the kitchen

Customer service

Job Pre-requisites:

At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Experience making churros and coxinhas (Brazilian Cuisine) would be a huge advantage, but not mandatory.

Able to work with no supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Good customer service skills.

Open full-time work permit in New Zealand.

Days Required: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts.

Normal shift is 8 hours per day. May be required to work long hours during peak season (around 10 to 12 hours per day).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent.

Pay: $29.66 – $32.00 per hour.

Expected Hours: No less than 30 per week.
