Baker

We create and serve exceptional food at our locations and we are looking for multiple talented bakers to join us.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and bake a variety of products, including breads, pies, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes and adjust ingredients as needed to ensure consistent quality.
Operate kitchen appliances and tools to create baked and other cooked goods.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area in compliance with food safety standards.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.
Assist in the development of new recipes and seasonal items.
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient production and timely delivery of products.
Personal Skills You will be working under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A good team work ethic is required, but you will also need to work independently.
Postive work ethic and being able to receive instruction from managers.
Customer service skills and communication skills.
