Baker

We are looking for an experienced Baker to join our dynamic Bakery Department. Your in-depth knowledge of retail bakery operations, superior dough skills, and hard-working nature will make you a key member of the team. You'll need to be innovative, have a passion for your profession, sound commercial awareness, and understand what customers want.
To succeed in this role you will need:
A minimum of 1 year's experience in a retail (ideally supermarket) or Bakery
A Bakery or Culinary qualification is required
Expert product knowledge
Knowledge of Food Safety and Health & Safety Standards that apply to a Bakery and demonstrated adherence to these standards
A customer-focused approach
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
To be physically fit & strong
Must have the rights to work in New Zealand.
