Baker

PAK'nSAVE Tauriko is seeking a new team member. The successful candidate will be joining a team of 200 and will be part of a wider team of 22,000 Foodies across the Foodstuffs North Island co-operative. We have been a part of the Tauranga community for eight years.
We're looking for an experienced and versatile Baker that is able to perform bread and pastry duties and assist in offering high-quality products and services to our customers.
The Role
The position is full-time permanent, and you must be able to work early mornings, and your weekend will be mid-week.
Critical to your success in this role will be a passion for baking and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be an experienced Baker who ideally will have some previous experience in a supermarket environment. With a focus on 'thinking customer', success in this role will also require:
Minimum 1 year experience in baking in a similar environment
Strong team player and an active learner
Reliability with a positive can-do attitude
