Job DescriptionAssist the Executive Pastry Chef in developing and perfecting recipes, ensuring consistency by following standardized recipes and specifications.Supervise the kitchen in the absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, delegating tasks to ensure service demands are met efficiently.Create and bake a variety of high-quality baked goods that meet the Hotel's standards and delight our guests.Ensure all food products are safely handled, stored, and prepared in accordance with hotel policies and government food safety regulations.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the bakery, ensuring compliance with food safety guidelines at all times.QualificationsYou will be:
