This role focuses on managing and growing a portfolio of business solutions.
Experience developing campaigns for, and working with, channel partners would be highly advantageous.
This role reports in to the Head of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a comprehensive, integrated marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee demand generation and lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and events.
Collaborate closely with sales leaders to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Drive brand awareness and high-quality lead generation, focusing on business solutions such as IT services and automation.
Manage vendor-funded co-marketing campaigns and maintain strong relationships with technology partners.
Lead market research initiatives to refine marketing strategies based on customer needs and industry trends.
Coach and mentor a small team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performance.
Key Skills and Experience: Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong experience in demand generation, marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), and campaign analytics.
Experience in the technology or business consultancy sector is essential.
Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and growing a team.
