Own and lead B2B marketing for NZ's leading furniture, workplace design, and manufacturing brand. With an audience grounded in the design-led commercial workspace industry, this role will suit someone with a strong commercial or personal connection to the interior design and architectural industry. This is a new senior role designed to take the good work developed by the business to an entirely new level. We're looking for someone to take full ownership of the development and implementation of the brand, product, and customer engagement strategy across proven and quality manufactured products and design management services. On behalf of our client, we're looking for a proven senior marketer to join a growing and ambitious NZ and Aus business, a furniture, workspace design, and manufacturing brand for commercial, retail, and hospitality industries. This is a newly created role in a company with big growth plans in the next 5 years. As the Brand & Marketing Lead, you will drive brand consideration and create the best brand and partnership experience for the end client. It'll be a fast-paced role encompassing brand work, content, and direct communications with their B2B audience. This role will develop and implement go-to-market strategies across all marketing channels to drive brand awareness with industry leaders and core B2B audiences. You will also create and develop partnership programs, brand associations, and events to promote and align the brand at the highest level. You'll be creatively minded and have a personal passion or professional association with the broader design community. You'll also be extremely organised, willing to take a hands-on approach to this role, have fantastic communication skills, and be a genuinely authentic person. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing and growing a service-based business, ideally in a B2B environment. The breakdown We are looking for a Marketer with: Minimum 5 years of commercial marketing experience Minimum 1-2 years experience in B2B marketing Experience with the entire marketing discipline suite – proper 360-degree marketer Commitment to the role, open to travel Key responsibilities are: Lead Marketing - this brand requires a strong personality to develop and execute the year-long marketing plan, which supports key brands/products to core customer audience personas across NZ & AUS. Team Coordination - Coordinating the creative team and function for the business. Product Marketing - Developing and leading the overall brand strategy and ongoing marketing for the brand and associated new and existing products to direct customer segments locally, abroad & online. Sales Enablement - Producing assets and material for the sales team that represents and sells the brand and products in the best light. Website Management - Working closely with the external agency and internal teams to manage website content. Lead Gen - Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire high-quality leads. Education & Awareness - Implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and educate leads at various stages of the sales funnel. Content Marketing - Develop engaging and informative lead-generating content tailored to the B2B audience, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies etc. Partnership Marketing - Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant organisations, associations, and influencers to expand brand reach.
