We are looking for a proactive and passionate B2B Development Manager to join our dynamic team on a full-time, 12 months fixed-term basis.

What the role looks like: Relationship Management and Marketing: Assist with managing our agent relationships and planning of marketing activity.Sales Strategy: Support the implementation of NZFT's business and commercial strategies.Mentoring & Guidance: Assist with setting the 'tone', directing and contributing to the implementation of the NZFT sales strategy.Minimum Requirements: 5+ years in product/sales roles with relevant industry experience.Proven experience in agent management, ideally within the tourism industry.Strong mentoring and guiding people capability.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
