The Availability Manager is responsible for presentation, merchandising, restocking, and recovery at a time when it has the least impact on customers.
There are tight timeframes to ensure our stores are well-stocked and look their best, which requires quality leadership.
You will lead, coach, and motivate the Nightfill team, ensuring that merchandising standards, planograms, and display guides are maintained, creating a safe and positive work environment for everyone.
We are looking for someone with leadership experience, a can-do attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Experience in retail, preferably in stock, merchandising, recovery, and presentation, is advantageous.
