Automotive Technician / Mechanic

We require an experienced senior mechanic to work in our mechanical department to carry out various repairs to our customer's vehicles.

Duties:

Brake and steering repairs
Small electrical repairs
Suspension repairs
Interior repairs
Repairs to running gear
Diagnosing of faults and scanning for issues
Hybrid Battery Diagnostics and Replacement
General mechanical work as required.
The successful applicants will need the following skills

Experience in mechanical repairs of over 5 years
Be able to work well with in a team environment.
Be honest and reliable.
Be self motivated and efficient in work procedures.
Be quick and accurate when carrying out duties.
Experience with Hybrid batteries
Have good communication skills, listen and follow instructions, be able to fill in paperwork accurately.
Be punctual and be able to work extra hours when required.
Have a clean Drivers License.
Hours of work 8.00am to 5.30pm, overtime is required at times.
