Automotive Technician

Hawkes Bay Motors Limited, which operates the Ford & Mazda plus Suzuki Bikes & the Can Am franchise in Hastings, Napier, and Gisborne, has opportunities for an Automotive Technician within its Gisborne branch, Gisborne Motors Ltd.
For this role, you will need to be responsible, able to work unsupervised, work in a timely manner, and hold a current driver's licence. The role will involve servicing, repairing, diagnosing, and general workshop duties. Applicants should have good diagnostic skills, a stable work history, and contactable references. Quality workmanship is a must. Competitive rates for the right applicant.

The ideal candidate will be:
Suitably trade qualified with experience in the Automotive Industry
Full clean driver's licence
Capable of working without supervision
Self-motivated and able to become an active part of a great team of people
Pride in completing all work to a high standard
Experienced and capable of working within a preventative maintenance schedule
WOF authorisation would be preferred but is not essential.
