This is your chance to make an impact and contribute to our mission of providing extraordinary service to our customers, a safe and enjoyable workplace for our employees, and an ethical environment that creates opportunity for all.As a Senior Automotive technician at Driven Automotive, your responsibilities will typically include:Vehicle Diagnostics: Using diagnostic tools to identify issues with vehicles and determine necessary repairs.Maintenance and Repairs: Performing routine maintenance, such as vehicle servicing, wheel alignments, inspections, as well as identifying and fixing mechanical and electrical problems.Parts Replacement: Replacing or repairing worn or damaged parts, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and other critical components.Documentation: Keeping thorough records of all repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles.Customer Service: Communicating effectively with customers to explain vehicle issues, repair options, and associated costs.Adherence to Safety Standards: Following safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself, the wider team and the vehicle owner.Continuous Learning: Staying updated on new technologies and advances in Automotive systems to enhance knowledge and skills.The right technician for our team will have:A passion for the Automotive industry and a desire to produce quality workmanship.A Trade Certified Automotive qualification.A current Warrant of Fitness issuing authority or the willingness to obtain one.A full New Zealand driver's license.Automotive electrical skills or the willingness to develop in this area.There's a great number of reasons why working at Driven Automotive will be one of the best decisions you will ever make.
