About the role We're on the lookout for someone who's truly passionate about delivering exceptional service to our valued Honda customers. In this position, you'll ensure efficient and prompt servicing and repairs for our customers' vehicles, contributing to their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties of the role include: Repair vehicles and conduct maintenance inspections promptly with exceptional quality.
Independently perform preventive maintenance on various vehicles.
Conduct basic vehicle diagnosis under the Master Mechanic's supervision.
Provide support to Apprentice technicians.
Maintain high performance through ongoing skill enhancement and training.
Support the use of IT systems like the Honda Parts System, HIS/EPC.
Ensure compliance with Honda New Zealand policies and procedures.
Demonstrate and uphold Honda Competencies.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
The successful candidate will have the following attributes A current Trade Certificate or a similar recognized qualification.
WOF authority would be an advantage.
Experience with Honda models is preferred, but not required.
Commitment and a positive attitude to customer service.
Be a team player.
Be familiar with all current servicing processes.
The ability to converse clearly with customers on a daily basis.
