In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers get the right parts for their European or Japanese vehicles.
Responsibilities: Assist customers by interpreting their parts inquiries for European and Japanese vehicles.Utilize extensive knowledge of auto parts and vehicle applications to identify the correct parts.Access and navigate our inventory management system to locate and source parts efficiently.Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and a helpful attitude.Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with customers on the phone and in person (if applicable).Requirements: Proven experience working with European and Japanese vehicles (minimum 2 years).In-depth knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong computer literacy with proficiency in relevant software programs.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.A valid New Zealand driver's license.If you are a passionate and detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of European and Japanese vehicles, we encourage you to apply!
